Looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to Support Our Marketing Team
Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating projects, and possesses a strong understanding of digital marketing processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or marketing-related role.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence for the marketing team.
- Project Coordination: Assist in organizing and tracking marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Content Management: Help prepare marketing materials, including email campaigns, blog posts, and presentations.
- Website and Social Media Assistance: Support updates to company website content and assist in managing social media accounts.
- CRM & Data Entry: Maintain client and campaign data within our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reporting & Analytics: Assist in compiling and analyzing marketing performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Communication & Collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Event & Webinar Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, webinars, and marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or marketing-related role.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, or email marketing.
- Experience using project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or WordPress.
