Client Coordinator at One Thing Marketing

“Evan said…” “Oh, Evan emailed me and…” “Hey, good news from Evan…” “That’s a good question; I’ll ask Evan…” If there’s one name OTM clients know, it’s Evan Kemper. And that’s not just because his title is Client Coordinator. It’s because Evan is a go-to guy who truly cares.

Born and in raised Louisville, Kentucky, Evan got his start in client relations at… well, somewhere other than One Thing Marketing. He was lured to OTM by his belief that we do things differently. “Web design is even more complex and important than I previously thought. One Thing Marketing is all about helping businesses reach new heights by treating them with a level of servitude that is unmatched. That’s what made me want to work here,” said Evan.

Businesses first meet Evan during the client setup process. From that point on, he becomes their primary contact, managing communications and working to ensure client satisfaction. He likes to help clients look forward, beyond just getting their name on a webpage. “Laying a solid foundation for your online presence can help your business tremendously for years to come,” Evan explains.

Evan is an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan, but he likes playing sports too. His favorite is golf. And a fun fact about Kemper – we couldn’t wait until we got to the Fun Facts at the bottom – Evan is ambidextrous and plays multiple sports both right and left-handed. He holds two Bachelor’s degrees—one in Science for Kinesiology and another in Business Administration for Marketing. When we asked him about something he’s proud of, he shared a memory from college.

“During my senior year at the University of Kentucky, I participated in and raised money for Dance Blue. Dance Blue is a massive, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon that supports the kids of the Kentucky Children’s Hospital Oncology Clinic. It was a surreal experience that I’ll never forget as long as I live.”
